🇩🇪 Deutsche Version: Forumregelwerk

1. Introduction

§1.1 – Welcome and Code of Conduct:

Welcome to Trainstation.
Our forum stands for respectful and professional interaction.
Insults, aggressive behavior, as well as radical, racist, or discriminatory statements are strictly prohibited.
Violations of these core rules will be sanctioned at the discretion of the responsible moderation team.

2. User Accounts

§2.1 – User Responsibility:

Each user is solely responsible for the security of their account – especially by choosing a strong and unique password.
We offer a secure, seed-based password recovery system that ensures full anonymity.
Additionally, PGP and an authenticator-based 2FA are available to further secure your account.

§2.2 – Prohibition of Multiple Accounts:

Creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited and may lead to a permanent ban of all involved accounts.
Exceptions are only possible in justified cases and must be requested and approved by the administration in advance.

§2.3 - Account Sharing:

Sharing your account with other individuals is only permitted with prior approval from the administration.
Violation of this rule may result in warnings, restrictions, or account suspension.

§2.4 – Security Disclaimer:

Compromised accounts will not necessarily be restored.
Accounts affected by phishing or unauthorized access may remain permanently banned.
There is no entitlement to account recovery in such cases.

3. User Content

§3.1 – Prohibition of Post Hunting:

Spam for the purpose of increasing your post count is prohibited.
Posts made solely to artificially raise your post counter are not allowed and will be removed.
Repeated violations may result in warnings or restrictions.

§3.2 – Prohibition of Doxxing:

Publishing sensitive or personal information about other users — such as real names, addresses, or contact details — is strictly prohibited.
Violations will result in immediate and severe consequences.

§3.3 – External Advertising:

Advertising other forums is forbidden!
Users are allowed to link or post their own shop, website, or similar content — as long as it is not advertising for other forums.

§3.4 – Signatures:

Signatures must not be overly flashy, overloaded, or disruptive.
Long blocks of text, bright colors, or annoying content should be avoided.
A maximum of two advertising banners is allowed per signature — these may be rented or sold at your own risk, as long as they comply with the forum rules.

§3.5 – Referral Links:

The use of referral links is generally allowed, provided they are clearly and openly disclosed.
A notice such as “This is a referral link — I earn a commission from purchases” must be visibly included in the post.

§3.6 – Links to Other Forums:

Linking to topics, posts, or content from other forums is not permitted.
Such links will be removed and — depending on the intent — may result in a warning.

§3.7 – Readability of Content:

Posts written exclusively in capital letters (Capslock) or in an unreadable manner will be sanctioned.

> Content classified as NSFW (Not Safe For Work) must only be shared via external links.
Direct embedding, uploading, or preview images of such content are not permitted on the forum. <

4. Proof Obligations

§4.1 – Video Evidence for Physical Goods:

When purchasing physical goods, the buyer (recipient) is required to record a continuous video showing the package being opened and the full removal and visibility of its contents.

In the case of a report without such a video, we cannot guarantee a decision in your favor.

§4.2 – Proof for Virtual Products:

For virtual goods (e.g., accounts, logs, CCs, etc.), we provide a dedicated Privnote-System, available under Tools → Privnote in the menu.

We strongly recommend using our own Privnote System, as it allows the team to track who opened a note and when.
The content of the note is never visible to the team, but access time and recipient can be verified.

Additionally, you are required to record a screen capture showing the opening of the Privnote including the initial view as well as the testing of the product.

§4.3 – Shipping Proof:

Unless otherwise agreed, physical orders should generally be shipped with a Tracking-ID.

However, a tracking ID alone is not sufficient proof of shipping, as fake TIDs exist.
herefore, it is recommended to record a video of the packaging process clearly showing the username, date, and buyer.

This is not mandatory, but may be decisive in case of disputes and work in your favor.

5. Tutorials and Mentoring

§5.1 – Proof of Functionality:

Tutorials and mentoring services may only be offered if sufficient proof of their functionality and authenticity is provided.

§5.2 – Prohibition of Fake Feedback:

Fake feedback is strictly prohibited and will be punished accordingly.

§5.3 – Trustworthiness:

Labeling tutorials as "trusted" or seeking "trusted persons" is not allowed.

§5.4 – Obligation to Provide Information:

All necessary information for completing the tutorial or mentoring must be available in the thread.

§5.5 – Feedback:

Feedback may only be submitted after successfully completing the tutorial or mentoring session.

§5.6 – Proof of Recent Success:

Proof of successful completions within the last 7 days must be provided.

6. Ratings

§6.1 - Feedback:

It is possible to leave feedback on posts in the respective marketplace forums (top right).
However, this is only allowed if an actual trade has taken place.

If we discover that feedback is submitted abusively or without a genuine trade, we reserve the right to sanction all involved users.

§6.2 – Member Ratings:

It is also possible to rate other users directly via their profile.
This rating does not necessarily have to be related to a trade — it can also be based on general interactions (e.g., behavior in chats, communication style, etc.).

Abuse of the rating system will not be tolerated and may lead to sanctions.

7. Special Forum Sections

Certain forum sections, such as Reports and Escrow, have their own specific rules.

§10.3 – Reporting Scammers:

Known scammers must be reported immediately.

11. Proofs

§11.1 – Proofs for Product Sales:

12. Disputes and Reports

§12.1 – Proofs for Reports:

Proofs must be provided with every report.
Without proper proofs, moderators cannot take action.

§12.2 – Interference in Disputes and Reports:

Unauthorized interference in ongoing disputes or reports is not permitted.
Users are only allowed to contribute to an active dispute or report if:

  1. They are directly involved in the case.
  2. They can confirm relevant information or provide evidence.

In all other cases, prior approval from the team must be obtained.
Violations of this rule will be sanctioned as follows:

  • First violation: Warning or issuing of penalty points.

All transactions are conducted at the user's own risk.

§14.2 – Educational and Informational Purposes:

All content on Trainstation is provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Trainstation does not endorse, promote, or support any illegal activities.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws.

15. Final Provision

§15.1 – Sanctions:

Anyone who does not comply with these rules will be banned.

⚠ Ignorance of the rules does not protect you from punishment.
